Why this number

The bowl is a standard takeaway portion, so I used 180 g of cooked rice. The glaze is the biggest unknown — if it is lighter than it looks, this is nearer 640.

Your food stays on your phone

Meals, photos and body data are written to a database on your device. There is no server sync and no copy for us to hold — only the single meal you send for analysis ever leaves.

Every number is editable

An estimate is an estimate. Change any figure by hand, or correct it in your own words — "the rice was half that" — and the whole meal is worked out again.

It still explains itself next week

The reasoning and the assumptions are stored with the meal, not thrown away after you tap save. Open something you logged a month ago and it can still tell you why.
